How can I cancel my order?

Orders that are placed with a credit/debit card cannot be canceled. Money orders and cash orders can ONLY be canceled if we don't receive payment within one (1) business week.

What is your policy regarding returns and/or refunds?

We do not offer product exchanges or refunds for any reason. ***If you experience issues with germination or you receive any damaged items, HalleluYah Genetix may offer you a replacement in the form of store credit/gift cards to be used at our discretion. Replacements will only available for customers in eligible states. All formal replacement requests must be made by contacting HalleluYah Genetix via email within 30 days of receiving your purchase at admin@halleluyahgenetix.com. Please understand that due to inventory limitations, certain strains and/or items will not eligible for replacement. For more information, refer to our Legal Disclaimer page.
